Eat, Pray and Sweat: My name is Melissa and I was born in Guatemala, raised in Austin, and have been living there ever since. I'm sure there are thousands of fitness and food blogs but the main reason I am blogging about these things is because I am passionate about them! Above all, I want to glorify God in what I do in my daily life. For that reason, I believe that we should take care of our bodies in order to glorify him to the fullest. And of course, how could we NOT enjoy the healthy, nutritious food he provides for us everyday? I can't skip blogging about REAL food. I find food that comes from the earth very fascinating.
